I tried to load ipa to iTunes.
In iTunes I saw Missing Compliance mark in the line with build.
I added #PlistExtra: <key>ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption</key><false/>.
After this build loaded successfully. I received email from Apple.
...
The following build has completed processing:
...

but I don't see the build on the page with the list of builds. I see just builds with Missing Compliance mark.
I use distribution certificate and ad hoc provision, because I plan to arrange testing with internal testers.

B4i 3.60 Host Builder.

All (with any mobileprovision) builds uploaded to App Store are shown on Page Activity
On Page TestFlight are shown only builds that can be used for testing with TestFlight

The root cause: using Adhoc mobileprovision.
Solution: Use AppStore mobileprovision.
