Android Question [SOLVED] I'm unable to start B4A

After years of work, B4A just wont start. No changes have been made in recent days (theme changing or some other B4A settings).



I have try:
- restart laptop
- uninstall, clear app data (B4A folder in AppData folder)
- reinstall

Error is still present and I'm not able to load any project. Theme you see in screenshot is not theme I have selected. When I try to change theme I get error about error saving INI file.
Laptop is with Windows 7 (x64), B4A v7.80.

EDIT:
- About box say it's registered version, after uninstall/install.
- Also no license file is copied, and no question about license on B4A start.

EDIT 2:
- I have found a problem: Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 (KB4055002), after uninstalling this update, B4A is starting again, ask for license... everything work fine now.
