B4J Question SQL DataBase updated from a B4XTABLE

I would like to take the edited data from a B4XTABLE and update an SQLite database.

I have seen it on the forums somewhere but can't find it so if someone can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated

in this example as working on in a csv database but with the sqli command for UPDATE and CREATE data and DELETE data in a sqlite database , check this out .
