Stats google play : how is that possible ?

For my new app i don't understand how this stat is possible :


Active installation : 0
total installation : 1
total Uninstall : 0

???

If 0 uninstall, how i have 0 active ?

Stats take a while to update, also, this is how it works:

Active installation : How many users CURRENTLY have your app installed on their devices.

Total installation : How many times the app was downloaded.

Total Uninstall : This will reflect the uninstall done using the Google Play app.
