Wish Support for newer MaterialIcons

A Webfont with the latest material design icons can be found here: https://github.com/Templarian/MaterialDesign-Webfont

I guess we only need to replace the B4X_MaterialIcons.ttf in the internal libs folder and create an updated version of the MaterialIcons.txt file in the installation folder.

Is there a tool/tutorial/some more information about how to create the MaterialIcons.txt file?
Since there are nearly 4000 icons now in the font there should be a possibility to create this file automatically.

It is not enough if you want to use the IDE chooser. It requires updating the IDE project.

Ok. I thought it would be easier to update it because you said somewhere that you wanted to release a tutorial about how to update FontAwesome fonts but they were splitted into several files. Because of that I thought it would be simple to exchange the material fonts.

Then I will use the new font manually without the icon font chooser.

Maybe you will add the updated fonts in some later version?

They might be added. This is again not a good replacement to the existing set of icons as the file size is 500kb compared and the current one is 120kb.
