iOS Question Suppress TextView Popup

I am using TextView to display Help text files to my users.

I notice that sometimes when scrolling around a large Help file, a popup with the following options appear.

"Copy Look Up Translate Search Web Share..."

This popup is unnecessary and gets in the way of scrolling. How can I suppress this from happening?

1. Set the Editable property to False.
2. Disable selection:

TextView1.As(NativeObject).SetField("selectable", False)
