Edit: What kind of "PC" is this? Looks like an Tablet... What CPU architecture?

It was a couple of months ago and I don't remember. Seems like it was memory to with the emulator. Or resolution. Sorry I really don't remember.

I think I found it. 1280 x 800 minimum screen resolution. http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html#Requirements

That can't be right. The computer I am using now has the same resolution. HMMM

No it does not

I know but the computer I am using now only has 1366X768 and it is working just fine. So I am at a loss.

Don't use the emulator. Use a real device instead.

To solve what? My original question was if the specs of a computer would pass system requirements. I was thinking that it failed install because it didn't meet system requirements and it didn't meet the resolution requirements but neither does the computer I am using now and it works fine. So what does using a real device solve?

Any screen size is supported by B4A. If you are using the emulator there might be a minimum size.
