iOS Question Testflight vs Release question

Hi all.

I have a question.

Is there any option to check in runtime if the app starts under the TestFlight?

What I mean - we have a Live server and staging (Test) server. When I sent my app for testing I'm, using an URL to the Test server. Once testing is done I manually switching this URL to the Live server and send my app to the appstore connect for review.

Two days ago I accidentally forgot to do the url change and the app became live with the test server url.

So my question is

Is it possible to use something like this

#IF DEBUG Then
    log("Debug")
#Else IF TestFlight Then
    log("TestFlight")
#Else
    log("Release")
#End If

You will need to create such a build configuration (Ctrl + B) and make sure to switch before compiling.
