Android Question The mystery of the disappearing corner

Look at this screenshot from the B4A designer. In red: panel1, with all corners rounded. In blue: panel2, which is a child of panel 1, no rounded corners.

What I expected is the bottom right corner to be rounded, since the parent is rounded. But the blue box seems to "cancel" the rounded corner of its parent. Why is this and can this be avoided?

Why is this

Only about the Designer, this happens because, although the blue panel is a child of the red one, it is placed at a higher level (in fact it is located further down in the "Views Tree").
