iOS Question "Unable to Download App"

I cannot download the release version of my app via my own Mac build server. I keep getting the "Unable to Download App" message.

- I have 32 bit selected.
- My certificate and provisioning file is correct.

How is the internet speed related to this issue? He is using a local Mac.

@Erel - I'm using a store certificate along with a store provisioning profile.

You cannot install apps signed with the store certificate. You need to use development certificate and provision file.
