Hello everyone, I would like to know how to lock the buttons or label in the background activity when I open a panel for choosing options

Don't work hard. Use B4XDialog. Probably with B4XListTemplate.

Cover the activity with a transparent panel to prevent touces reaching the buttons. Make the panel semi-transparent if you want to grey out the background. Put your dialog panel on top.
