Android Question videoview can't play file

This isn't an android question but none of the question categories fit so here I am. I have downloaded a lot of videos from Youtube and had no problems until this one file.
I need mp4 360p. If anyone wishes to see if they can download this and have it play using Videoview please let me know if you get it to play and what you used to download it. I have tried a number of download sites and all I get is "can't play this video".

A related question is can anyone point me to a video editor that will give me a file that will play in Videoview. I get that can't play error from all that I have tried. Related since I cut that same song from a concert video and it doesn't work in videoview.

Have you tried it with ExoPlayer?

I think that my version of B4A (5.2) is not compatible with ExoPlayer (I believe I read somewhere that you need at least 6).

By the end of this year Google will force you to upgrade your Apps targetsdk to 26. At least at this point you need B4A 8+ to be able to.
Time to update your B4A
