Android Question Where to save photos of my agenda app?

My app can get a photo from "contacts" or from "gallery". Then
What is the best place (folder) to save it ?

File.DirInternal or RuntimePermissions.GetSafeDirDefaultExternal (make sure to check that File.ExternalWritable returns True).
