Android Question Wifi and Bluetooth

Hi Guys!
I use to do applications in real time like data acquisition. However when I use WiFi connections via UDP protocol I feel the communication is slower than via PC. How can I solve this? Do I need to send in big blocks?

I have a product sending 1000 samples per second (1Khz) via RJ45 cable to PC using UDP and I have a bad performance when I use WiFi.
