Bug? Video capture translation

Hi,

In the spanish version, the option 'video capture' is localized in the Tools menu but not in the Debug menu. It shows 'capture video', I do not know where is taking it from because 'capture video' is not in the ide.lang file. Also in the english version it shows 'video capture' in the Tools menu and 'capture video' in the Debug menu.
