Android Question AddApplicationText for specific sdk version

Hi, i want to use AddApplicationText in manisfest file only for some sdk version.

For exemple, enable DEVICE_ADMIN only for sdk version 23 or above.

Is there some "if" or another way to ckeck this?

There is no such thing. The output of the manifest editor is the AndroidManifest.xml file which is included with your app. It happens before compilation starts.

Is there some way to hide my app from list of Administrator devices?

I don't think that it is possible as it is based on the intent filter which will always be there.

Most users will never see this list.
