Java Question Adding Comments to a Library

How do you add an overall comment to explain the purpose of a library which you compile using the menu Project | Compile to Library?

Unlike an Eclipse compiled library I don't think you can presently add library or class level comments to an IDE compiled library, only method level ones. Hopefully Erel has it in mind for a future version of the IDE.
