Android Question Amahi Server

Has anybody had any experience with Amahi Server software, the question being can it be used as a VPN for RDC to access a MySQL database

Anybody good enough to comment on which may be the best external server to use for RDC and whether it should be windows based (in preference to Linux) because from what I understand you can use RunRLC.bat on a Windows server provided that you have root access

RDC will run on Linux, Windows or Mac. You don't need root access only shell access.
