First let me say this is an amazing community, I've learned so much browsing through the forums here. With the help of examples found here on the forums, in only a couple of hours I've been able to create an app that runs on my phone, and also an app for my Android Wear watch.
My question is more on the Wear side. I'd like for my app to stay present when the watch switches to Ambient mode. I've searched the forums, and have had little luck in trying to figure this one out. I'm running a count down timer with some extras and would really like to keep the app in the foreground, but don't want to kill the battery. Two 45 minute periods, or 90 minutes with the app in a keep alive would be a drain.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
