Android Question B4A can not be installed [SOLVED]

have a new notebook and tried to install B4A on it (B4J works)
After downloading and clicking on it, a message appears that i need to download an application from Windows Store to open tge B4A.exe (Installer).

Anyone an idea what is wrong ?

Maybe your download is corrupted. Try download the file again.

I download the installer and run without problem.
Try restart your Windows. Maybe Windows Updates or browser updates.

Is it possible that windows is running in 'S' mode?

I think this is similar to Android don’t allow install non play store apps.
Try searching you problem on google

windows just allow store apps - Google Search

Did you try to install in different folder (not Program Files()).

Which version is the windows on your new notebook?
Check Settings ->Apps & features to see if it is set to The Microsoft Store only.

i come not to this point - doubleClick on the installer causes that message
