Is it possible to release an app for production in this latest beta version (b4a 4.30, beta)

a Beta release means that the product is in final stage of production and is released to a closed group for trouble-shooting before final release.
It also means that ALL product features are available for use.
Within this line of thought, the answer to your question is most certainly YES!

It is possible. However there could be issues in the beta, especially in the first beta. So it is better to wait a few days.
