Some times when run app in Debug (Rapid) and then click on stop, on device stay text "Waiting for IDE debugger to connect", instead to close application.

You are stopping the debugger before it has connected to the device app, so there is no way to kill the process at that point. It will close automatically after 30 or 60 seconds.

No, I'm developing app with connected device.
App is running on tablet, after click stop, "Waiting for IDE debugger to connect" is show on screen.
That is happening in ~10%, rest ~90% app close after click on stop.

What happens when you try to debug again? Is the debugger able to connect?

Yes, no problem with connection.

I don't remember seeing such issue, it seems like the OS is restarting the process. As it reconnects you can just ignore it. It will close itself after 60 seconds if there is no connection.
