B4J Question b4J.exe slow to startup

I have seen other posts similar. It happens when you take your pc(laptop) to work and access projects on networks. Then when at home again b4j tries to access history projects but cannot see them and you wait about 30sec for the time out. If you open a number of local projects at least 5 or so the problem is gone and b4j starts quickly again.
My question is there a way to delete the project history list from b4j file menu? as this would solve it also. A third option is to disconnect internet that also speeds up the start.
Why internet I,m not sure but is does work also.
I confirmed the delay start by studying the ProcMon logs which shows network attempts while not on a network and simply trying to start b4j.exe only without a project.
Thanks hope it helps some of you

Thanks very much. Found editing the ini and deleting recentfiles causes an error on startup saying could not load ini file and b4j creates a new one.
Adding the java.exe path to this new ini and saving it does not produce an error and b4j runs as new again. So this is easy to do.:)
