Bug? B4x - IDE bug? Ctrl-l (letter L) cancels content in clipboard

I don't know if this is really a bug but it is nevertheless annoying.

If I copy some lines into the clipboard (ctrl-c), then I go somewhere else and delete some lines using ctrl-l (letter L), then the content in the clipboard has been cancelled i.e. there is nothing to paste (ctrl-v).

I have only tested this in B4i but I presume it will be the same in b4a and b4j since the same IDE is being used.

Is this an expected behaviour or can it be classified as a bug?

Its not a B4A issue. Ctrl+L seems to cut a line?

Hmm...it's true that I was using B4i and I should have posted it perhaps in the b4i-forum...

Edit: weird, now it seems to be working properly but I am 100% sure it happens occasionally (it was not the first time I noted it).

Ctrl+L is the same as Ctrl+Y. It cuts the current line and copies it to the clipboard. Maybe you deleted an empty line so it seemed to cleared the clipboard.

yes, Erel - that is probably what happens. I cannot see any other reasons. Thanks for the clarification.
