Android Question B4XPages where to put Application_Error

Normally Application_Error is put in Starter. Where to put in B4XPages? Should it still go in Starter? Or B4XMainPage

I had assumed that Starter was not used in a B4XPages project.

But I put the code in there and it works fine. Just a little confusing that it is in Starter.
