iOS Question Certificate(s)

I recently started developing with B4i and I have a doubt about certificates and profiles.
In the publishing tutorial it says to make a new Distribution Certificate and a new Store Profile.
I don't understand why I need to make a new certificate if the one I made following the certificate tutorial was already a Distribution Certificate.
I'm a little confused about how many certificates and profiles I should make, what types and when to use which one.
If someone could clear this for me, I would appreciate it.

You should do exactly as demonstrated in the video.

You need a single distribution certificate and two provision profiles: a store profile and a distribution profile.

Yes, that's what I did. Somewhere I read that I needed a new certificate, I must have misread.
