Android Question Clock with animation problem

Hello,

I have a clock that works with the Library animation.
Unfortunately, the movement is not very fluid, has anyone how to change the code so that the movement becomes more fluid?

What is the purpose of these two timers?

I recommend you to manually implement the animation. There are many examples in the forum of a rotating needle / compass.
