Java Question {closed}Right way to have uppercase eventnames?

if I place upper case letters in the event name, the event does not fire, even if I change the even to match
This works
db.Initialize("sql", "xxx", "xxx", "xxx", "xxx")
Sub sql_queryresult(data As List, meta As Map)

This does not work
db.Initialize("SQL", "xxx", "xxx", "xxx", "xxx")
Sub SQL_queryresult(data As List, meta As Map)

All I did was change the even name to Upper case. I was only trying to change the even from sql to MySQL or something like that.
