the same as what you gave (screenshot), is there anything else that needs to be set (maybe I have something missing in the settings)

You may try increasing the timeout (Tools -> IDE Options -> Configure Process Timeout) to maybe 300 seconds.

Also trying the (Prefer Secondary) option.

Are you trying to build the B4i-Bridge app, or compile a project?

I tried adding the timeout to 300 when I tried to compile the project again, the result was still the same.

We are on call right now, I think his hosted builder ID has expired. But we are setting up a new project

Thank you for all your support, it turns out the problem was that the user ID had expired and had to be renewed again, to Mr. Lucas, thank you for helping us until the application (test) could run on our iPhone 11

Added an automated email notification before it is expired is good to.
