Android Question Compiling B4A-Bridge show sth wrong! for help on a new Notebook , Tks!

I install the B4A on a new notebook (windows 10) , and install the android SDK , JDK 8 and so on .. when I compile the B4A-Bridge it show this message ? but I can running this operation at my old notebook very well , Which setup step does I missing ? for help , Tks

At the end your compilationwindow should mention AndroidX,

check com.android.support:support-v4 in the B4A SDK Manager

and make sure that the path to android.jar under Tools - Configure paths is correct
