Android Question CustomListView inside CustomListView

I have I listview of the size of my screen. One of its Panels contains another CLV, with a fixed height.

I works fine scrolling within the second list view, only if the first CLV fits inside my screen. It seems that when you try the scroll the second CLV, y turns out that only scrolls the outside CLV. How can enable scrolling on both?

Nesting scrollable controls is problematic. The touch events will be consumed by the wrong list.

Other options:
- Use the expandable version of xCLV.
- Open a new list when the user clicks on the relevant item. Maybe a dialog with the list.
