If I use the designer to create a layout and select a label with a height of 10, then use the arrow keys to move the object the handles are not redrawn properly, a thick red line is drawn on the designer.
Is this an issue with the designer or my graphics card driver, does it work for everyone else ?

PS I know 10 is a stupid height !
