iOS Question Developing and testing an app without a device

I was under the impression that I didn't need an iPhone or iPad (I don't) to develop and test an iOS app with B4i, as long as I have a Mac computer (I do). Reading the docs, I no longer think this. It seems that I have to have a UDID for an iPhone or iPad, and then use that to get an Apple certificate.

Isn't there an emulator for me to test an iOS app compiled by B4i, without going through all that?

Ok. Did more reading on the forum and now I see I can run the Simulator.app in Xcode app package, and make sure B4iBuilder is running. With those two things active, I now see I can test a compiled B4i iOS app in the Simulator.

Note that the builder should start the simulator automatically when you select the simulator under Tools - Device IP Address.

Ah ha. Didn't know that. Just tested it and it works as you describe. Thanks again for this product.
