Note that post #3 was in relation to the two questions I asked in post #2, which was also related to some questions asked about the New B4i Bridge, which is fully supported by B4i IDE v8.90.
Let me explain it this way.
1. The hosted Builder will install
NEW B4I BRIDGE, Whether you use B4i less or equal v8.8 or v8.9+
2. The Bridge with B4i IDE v8.8 or Lower, even though installed, the IDE wont be able to able to LAUNCH DEBUG APP, even though it can install the app. Thats what post #3, point one states workaround
3. The Bridge with B4i IDE v8.9 can install the debug app, and launch it, NORMALLY, like before.
So, in my understanding, upgrading the B4i IDE will solve the problem, or you can UPGRADE both your device and IDE
