Google Play Tags?

I see Tags in Google Play apps which looks like they help users search for your app. However, when I edit my app in Google Play, I don't see any Tag fields. Where do I find these Tags?

Now I can't find an app in the Google Play store that shows them. I saw Tags before on one of the apps but can't remember which one it was. I'll have to keep looking...

Some developers just write Tags: a, b, c in the application description. Maybe this is what you saw.

I see. I was wondering how the google play search logic worked for people to find your app. That's what I thought the Tags were for.
