B4XDialog:
    Dim xui As XUI
    Private dialog As B4XDialog
    dialog.Initialize(act)
    dialog.Title = title
    Dim p As B4XView = xui.CreatePanel("")
    p.SetLayoutAnimated(0,100%x/4, 100dip, 300dip, 150dip)
    p.LoadLayout("CustomDialog")
    NfieldFirstName.Text=text
    fieldFirstName.HintText=dtext
    dialog.PutAtTop = True 'put the dialog at the top of the screen
    dialog.ShowCustom(p, "OK", "", "CANCEL")
    Wait For (dialog.ShowCustom(p, "OK", "", "CANCEL")) Complete (Result As Int)
    If Result = xui.DialogResponse_Positive Then
        Set_CustomValue(varname ,fieldFirstName.Text)
    End If
