B4i creates a regular ipa file. You can download it with Tools - Build Server - Download last compiled app.

However you cannot distribute it to other devices unless the provisioning file includes their UDIDs or it was signed with an enterprise certificate (or you through the App Store).

Is there any way to deploy IOS apps to someone that is not your employee?? I want to create a proprietary IOS app that I want to be able to give to a customer, but don't want the hassle of going thru the ITunes store.

I think the answer is No, but I want to confirm

With a regular account you can install your app on up to 100 specific devices.
