Android Question How to add value on Database SQL thru Button Click?

First of all I would like to greet a good day to all. I would like to ask out how to add value on database SQL thru button click using Basic4Android.

For example I have President = 0 (President and value is 0) on my database sql.
If I click Vote. It will have 1 count. President = 1.
And if it was clicked again it will have another count. Like 1+1+1+1+1 every click.

Im still new at Basic4Android and want to learn more on Android Developing
By the way im doing a Voting Application.
