Android Question How to change the apk original package name?

Made a new release (B4A 7.80) from the code of another app (B4A old version).

Compiled ok. Not accepted by G Play, because... The APK or Android App Bundle package must have the name ---old production release---

Manually editing AndroidManifest.xml with no result:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
-<manifest android:installLocation="internalOnly" android:versionName="ERLA_AN" android:versionCode="8" package="re.revive.eloisa" xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android">

According to G Play, package would be: erla.eloisa

First step is to update to 10.2 as it is the most uptodate Version.

Manually editing AndroidManifest.xml with no result:

It is a mistake to manually edit the manifest. You should use the ManifestEditor to do all changes.

To change the packagename you need to set it in the Buildconfig. CTRL-B

It happens always to me:-/ . It is based on GERMAN. In Germany a Keyboards Ctrl-Key is named STRG

Solved with 7.80, thanks to your CTRL-B!

Hope there is an explicit menu option in the higher versions.
