Wish IDE: don't delete the clipboard if nothing is selected

Please change the IDE behavior that the content of the clipboard is deleted when e.g. CTRL+C is pressed but nothing is selected.

If the selected length is zero then exit the clipboard transfer and leave the clipboard content unchanged.

Just checked it. The complete line is copied when nothing is selected. This is a reasonable behavior.

This is a reasonable behavior.

Not very good; maybe you want to paste text, pressing CTRL+V but by mistake you press CTRL+C and you lose what you had in the clipboard.
