How do I import an .xls file into sqlite?

By code, there's no excel library (yet) on b4i; you have to save as csv, fill a list and use dbutils to create and fill the sqlite db (http://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/load-csv-into-sqlite.9370/)
You can use an external program to do the conversion
