iOS Question iOS App distribution - Plan B

Hello to all.
I just upload my first ios app for the first time on the App Store Connect for a client of mine with an expected launch date soon.

In case Apple does not accept the app and asks me n changes that require an implementation time that does not allow to publish the app in time (on the date that the customer has established), what is the alternative I have to be able to provide the app to a certain number of users (waiting for it to be approved and published)?

You can use Apple TestFlight. It does require passing a review, but it should be simpler.
In that case the installation will be simpler as you don't need to create a provision profile with the customer device UDID.

Another option is to use a service similar to OTA, such as this one: https://appcenter.ms/ (I never tried this one myself).
