Android Question Is it suggested to use B4J to develop a printing label application ?

Dear all,

I have to develop a new application from scratch to print labels for healtcare bracelets.
Do you think that use B4J it could be a right choice or is it devoted for other purpouses ?
I'm a power user but not a programmer and so this is why about my doubts.
Within the bracelet labels I need also to insert a barcode.
