Hello again, some one can point me on the right direction? looking for a open source Push Notifications PHP or Python or any language , thank you in advance(I want to create the receiving app on B4X or B4A)

Why don't you want to use Firebase?

Google FCM is an OS feature. Any custom solution will be significantly less reliable and consume more power.

it is a good solution when don't want to use a vps, I tested it using a shared hosting, it works nice too
