Android Question Mobile Camera Stream with Camera Wifi

Hi Guys

Looking at this example which works pretty good.

Now my Question:
I want to do something similar, streaming video over wifi, BUT, I want the mobile to create a "server" on the mobile (hotspot) and clients connect to that Wifi.

The area we want to use this, dont have a wifi router, so I need to use the cell "hotspot"
I would also like to be able to record on the cient side

You will need to manually start the hotspot. Once started the other devices need to connect to: 192.168.43.1

Can you give me some pointers about how to add a record video & image snapshot buttons to the client side.

You can use MJPEG decoder class to decode the stream to bitmaps: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/b4x-class-mjpeg-decoder.73702/

Encoding it as a video is more complicated.
