Hello how can I put ads inside my B4J application?

Good question. You can open the external browser with fx.ShowExternalDocument. You need to try to catch the click with the LocationChanged event.

if you redirected to the default browser, most adblockers would just kill it.

You can try GlobalHop SDK as well. They claim to work in addition to advertising SDK's and can help boost the revenue. Helped me out to build bigger revenue in addition to using ADs.

I checked it out , seems pretty cool. I couldn’t find a B4X library for it though.
