Bug? Old ghost

Hi

I have several old apps, which used to have both Airpush and Leadbolt notification ads.
I have removed them a long time ago, unchecked the library files (and deleted them from my extra libs library), removed them from manifest and removed them from the program code. BUT virus checkers keeps on saying, that this app shows notification ads.

I then made a new empty project. copied program code, manifest editor and all files (from the old project). So the app is 100% the same as the old one, but now I got rid of the virus alert.

Any ideas, why this is happening and how can I avoid it. I have 9 app with this problem and 26 without any problems (which also used to have the notification ads).

Try cleaning the project. Other than that. No ideas. sorry

I forgot to say, that I also tried clean project and clean unused files

Maybe the virus scanner tracks the package name?

No. When i create a new project and copy every thing, i use the same package name.

Something is strange in that APK. I see all kinds of files that shouldn't be there like startapp.properties and searchboxsdk.properties.

What does that mean?
Can I send the project to you private?

Go over the referenced libraries. Make sure that there isn't any ad library.

I tried, but still the same.
I am now moving the code to new B4A files, to fix the problem.
