Android Question pepk.jar in Windows10 64 bits is haunting me

I have app on playstore since 2015. It refuses to download with new Android devices.
I putted as #VersionCode: 30 and could make an app bundle with B4a version 10.9
My problem is that in Windows 10 64 bits PC's it is not possible to enter or paste my password.
I have no access to a Linux PC.
Windows Powershell is somewhat better then the Command prompt, in sense that it is possible to
copy the encryption key in the commandline, but nothing more.
Legacy option are turned on.

Password in cmd will not show but it's there...

so when you are sure you pasted or finished typing the password, just hit Enter to continue
