Android Question PERMISSION_READ_CALL_LOG Alternative?

Hi, i need to get the IncomingNumber of a Call, i was reading that google dont let any more PERMISSION_READ_CALL_LOG unless i register my app in google, this is not an alternative for the moment.

Is there some alternative to get the incoming number? A library or something that?
