Android Question Prevent closing or uninstalling a application

I have to make an application that will run in the back ground and can not be disabled or uninstalled unless the user provides a password. It can do so in B4a? Can you guide me in this direction?

I think you can not put a password on uninstalling-option with b4a. You can not do that with java too. That´s how android works. The USER have the control over his apps. And he can decide to uninstall or block your app
